A sweet word, softly whispered, the gentleness of your verbal caress… An intimate smile, a mischievous giggle, your feminine wiles and passive finesse… has been sorely missed, trapped in this abyss, of this I must confess. Your strength, your compassion, your attention I vie to possess.
Though nothing’s to blame for my current domain but my foolish and callow pursuit of street fame… they take so much of man’s gain with these shackles and chains that no one remains who knows my name… at least well enough to afford me the chance to maintain a connection to a world that hasn’t forgotten how to be humane… or to allow me the opportunity to abstain, or more simply refrain, from fallen victim and going insane.
You were my greatest gift, my wisdom to understand, that God had a plan when he chose you to stand beside me, woman to man… so even though it’s their mission to stigmatize my position and force you to let go of my hand… whether criminal, convict, crook or defendant please remember I’m still something they can never take from me, I’m Hu-man… but without you my godhood lies dormant, my powers still latent, I have no energy without feminine synergy urging me that I can.
So I’ve been searching for you, I’ve searched high I’ve searched low, but since I sit in a cell, trapped in this hell, my search has been understandably slow… I wanna joke with you, laugh with you, allow a friendship to grow, cause when they took you away, a severe price to pay, they served me a cruel and callous blow… where you’re at, what you’re doing, who you’re with I don’t know, but if you feel this please tell me, allow a diamond buried in darkness another chance to glow… Your words, written or whispered, your smile in person or picture, a positive energy to reap the things we sow… my thoughts, my life, I’ll share and I’ll show, but until then I leave you this piece of me, entitled heart on my sleeve flow…
