Fake evidence
Police can lie to you legally... if you lie to them it's a felony. Police are allowed to lie to you, make up that other evidence exists, and still question you to try to get you to incriminate yourself.

No! You do not have to consent but law enforcement officers are permitted to conduct a warrantless search of a car if the officer has probable cause... like if they see a crack pipe in plain view... thats probable cause.
