Feedback / Reports help Goodprisoner.com staff keep the web site friendly, safe, and useful for both YOU and our inmates... it also helps staff with eliminating problem inmates. If you have enjoyed contact with an inmate we would like to know - submit a feedback/report. If an inmate is doing ANYTHING that you do not agree with let us know; Submit feedback / report immediately!

Example A: Inmate John Doe joins our website. Inmate John Doe is getting responses to his profile, people are writing but Inmate John Doe's pen pals quickly lose interest. Inmate John Doe complains to GP staff that his pen pals always flake out and stop writing. Hopefully, one of inmate John Doe's pen pals will have submitted a feedback form on John Doe... Let's pretend that John Doe's feedback form indicated that John Doe was Arrogant & Cocky... we'll be able to open John Doe's file, examine his feedback forms and make a suggestion to John Doe as to how he may keep a pen pal's interest by not being Arrogant and or Cocky.

Example B: Inmate Jane Doe is very popular. She has 16 pen pals. Out of Jane Doe's 16 pen pals, 12 have left a feedback on Jane Doe. All 12 feedback forms indicate that Jane Doe is asking for money... $50 requested from each would equal $600 total requested. Jane Doe may not really be looking for friends and pen pals... Jane Doe may be looking to collect money from as many people as possible. We'd confront Jane Doe and let her know that we are aware of her multiple requests for money and give her the option: Knock it off or be removed from our site.

Feedback Details:
1.) Feedback is used to help inmates learn what they may be doing wrong when exchanging letters with pen pals.
2.) Feedback forms are used to help us Identify rude, obnoxious, scam-artist inmates. We will not tolerate an inmate that is rude and intimidating. We will not tolerate an inmate that attempts to run scams. Such behavior will kill this website... Think about it, if you wrote to an inmate and ended up being scammed or intimidated would you ever come back to GP and write to another inmate? Probably not, so we want to eliminate any problem before the problem (inmate) causes a significant loss of a website users (You).

Feedback Results: We will examine all feedback forms on an inmate, based on the feedback form answers we will either classify the feedback as negative, positive, or neutral... positive and negative feedback stats will be displayed on the inmate's profile... neutral feedback stats will not be displayed. An overall Negative feedback tally (-1) is result of a feedback form with more negative answers than positive. An overall Positive feedback (+1) tally is the results of a feedback form having more positive answers than negative. Pen Pal Feedback: Pos (+4) / Neg (-1) means that the inmate has received 4 overall positive feedbacks and 1 negative feedback. Pos (+0) / Neg (-0): Because an inmate has +0/-0 feedback does not mean that no one has contacted the inmate... +0/-0 simply means that no one has left a feedback yet. Be the first! We monitor feedback forms. Any inmate that receives 3 separate overall negative feedbacks will be warned. On the 4th overall negative feedback (0/4 ratio) or when the inmate reaches a 1/5 negative ratio the inmate will be dropped from the website and all future orders will be rejected...

Each form submission will have the submitter's Computer IP and Internet Provider's ID attached to the feedback submission. A single Computer IP cannot submit multiple feedback forms on the same Inmate... In other words, it's a waste of time to submit multiple negative feedback forms under different names on an inmate in an attempt to get the inmate dropped or banned. In order for an inmate to get dropped or banned from our website the inmate will have to have 4 extremely negative feedback form submissions from 4 separate People from 4 separate Computer IP addresses and 0 Positive feedbacks. When an inmate reaches 0 positive / 4 negative ratio the inmate will be dropped. When an inmate reaches a 1/5 (5 negatives for every 1 positive) feedback ratio, the inmate will be dropped. Negative Feedback forms from the same Computer IP on the same Inmate will be ignored. .
